Standard criminal law reports take 4-8 weeks from instruction to delivery depending on complexity and disclosure. Forensic psychology and psychiatric assessments typically take 4-6 weeks including defendant interviews and testing. Digital forensics and technical examinations can take 6-8 weeks depending on data volume. Urgent instructions for bail applications, fitness to plead, and imminent trials can be expedited with 24-48 hour turnaround where clinically and scientifically appropriate. We provide regular case management updates throughout.

Yes, all our reports are fully compliant with Criminal Procedure Rules Part 19 and include declarations of truth, statements of compliance, and expert qualifications. Our experts understand their overriding duty to the court and maintain independence regardless of who instructs them. Reports are accepted nationwide in Crown Courts, Magistrates' Courts, and the Court of Appeal. We provide fixed fee quotations at the instruction stage with complete transparency. Forensic psychology and psychiatric assessments typically range from £2,000-£4,000 depending on complexity. Digital forensics examinations range from £1,500-£5,000 depending on data volume. Forensic science reports range from £2,500-£6,000. Court attendance is quoted separately with day rates provided upfront. We accept legal aid rates for eligible cases and work with both privately funded and publicly funded clients. All fees include VAT and there are no hidden costs.
