Urgent assessments can be expedited to meet court timetables. We accept instructions within 24-48 hours and work flexibly to accommodate emergency proceedings and court-ordered deadlines whilst maintaining thorough, evidence-based assessments.

Yes. All our reports are CPR Part 35 compliant and produced in accordance with Family Procedure Rules 2010. Our experts have extensive court experience and our reports maintain a 98% acceptance rate across all levels of Family Court including the High Court. We offer both face-to-face and remote assessment options where clinically appropriate. Some assessments, particularly those involving direct observation of parent-child interactions, require in-person contact. However, elements such as adult interviews, collateral information gathering, and feedback sessions can often be conducted via secure video conferencing. We discuss the most appropriate assessment methodology during the instruction stage based on the specific issues and court requirements.
